China Moon Ten Spice Honey Dip

----------------------------------BARB DAY---------------------------------- 1/2 c Honey

1/4 c Soy sauce; plus 1 tablespoon

1/4 c Pickled Ginger juice; from

- CM Pickled Ginger recipe 1/4 ts -China Moon Ten Spice; see

- recipe Makes 1 cup. Combine all of the ingredients in a small non-aluminum saucepan. Heat, stirring, over low heat until the honey dissolves, 3 to 4 minutes.
